AviaSolutions have been retained by a leading airport in the Middle East to formulate and assist in implementing a strategic plan for the expansion of its Cargo Facility. AviaSolutions deliverables includes "360°" Cargo Facility Due Diligence, cargo forecasting and market assessment, infrastructure planning and financial appraisal. A stakeholder consultation exercise was also undertaken to inform the study.
