- General Manager (COO) – responsible for leading British Airways ground operations at Gatwick Airport and a £50m direct budget.
- Full operational, P+L, safety, quality, strategic, product and business development responsibility. 1000 direct staff and fleet of 40 Boeing 777, Boeing 737, Airbus aircraft.
- Managed all passenger terminal activities: customer services, check-in, baggage, loading, aircraft engineering, ground equipment, and property.
- Operational delivery for all functions including flight crew, cabin crew, cargo and sub-contracted services. Executive team accountability for creation and delivery of business turn-round/transformation plan.
