BAA plc – Consultation Strategy and Analysis

AviaSolutions has been involved in a number of consultation projects across a range of airports owned by BAA plc.  These projects have included:

  • The management of analysis of responses to the consultation for a second runway at London Stansted airport on behalf of BAA.  The process was part of the wider planning application and public inquiry preparation developed by BAA.  The project was subsequently postponed by the UK Government.
  • Supporting BAA in its consultation on noise and blight mitigation scheme at five airports in the Group.
  • Supporting BAA through the development of a consultation strategy as part of the preparation of the planning application for the third runway at Heathrow Airport.  This included drafting consultation documentation and planning the consultation strategy.   The project was subsequently postponed by the UK Government.
  • Support for Heathrow Airport on the consultation relating to changes to runway alternation and the removal of the Cranford Agreement.
