AviaSolutions was hired to develop market and revenue forecasts for the business plan used to raise finance to support the ongoing expansion of the airline. A large network strategy study was completed for the carrier and a high level evaluation of market sizes and strengths was completed on 64 routes. A selection of routes was then evaluated in detail and revenue forecasts developed. The forecasts detailed passenger numbers and revenues split by passenger type, by point of sale, and by month for the length of the business plan horizon.
