AviaSolutions Awarded Bosnia and Herzegovina route development contract -

In 2018-2019 AviaSolutions were contracted to provide Route Development advisory services to Bosnia and Herzegovina airports, including:
• Provided a comprehensive Route Development Strategy Report for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Route specific airline business case production.
• Designed a Route Development Training Pack and provided a training workshop for personnel of the airports, tourism bodies and government officials.

Long term Route Development strategy

AviaSolutions role involved the preparation of a long term Route Development strategy document for key airports in the country, including a market engagement strategy, market definition and analysis, demand and supply side drivers of passenger traffic, and Bosnia and Herzegovina’s ongoing relationship with the EU. The document will be used by airport management to engage with airlines and realise new route opportunities.
