Etihad Airways – Strategic Support

We developed a business plan for Etihad (in its start-up phase) to support the financing of eight new wide body aircraft. This subsequently led to a major future size and shape review for Etihad.

The scope of this work included advice on the following:

  • Future route structure.
  • Future number of aircraft in the fleet.
  • Aircraft selection (following detailed analysis of performance data for different Boeing and Airbus aircraft).
